Jaco Restaurants
Costa Rica's Central Pacific area is developed around the surfing town of Jaco. In the last decade, Jaco and surrounding areas have seen a huge influx in tourist and local traffic. Many foreigners have invested in Real Estate, re-located and have successful Costa Rica businesses. Among these are Gourmet Chefs and Restaurant owners, bringing their talent and experience to Costa Rica's Central Pacific.
Pili Pili Bistro features the Fusion-style creations of Chef Bruno from the Normandy region of France. In 2005, Master Chef Lemon, joined the faculty of Le Cordon Bleu Miami, and assumed the role of Chef Instructor for the school’s restaurant, Tropiblieu. Now he has tilted his beret toward Jaco Beach by opening Lemon Zest Restaurant and becoming part of our growing restaurant community. Here is a growing list of featured restaurants in the area.
