Pili Pili Bistro features the Fusion-style creations of Chef Bruno from the Normandy region of France. In 2005, Master Chef Lemon, joined the faculty of Le Cordon Bleu Miami, and assumed the role of Chef Instructor for the school’s restaurant, Tropiblieu.
