Absolutley outstanding. The first time we brought in our two pound fresh caught raw tuna and the Chef magically created an entire three course meal with this fresh beast! Each course was pleasing to the eye and pallete...The second visit we enjoyed the split pea soup, duck and lobster dishes. Fabulous! Would highly recomend this delicious eatery in Jaco! We decided to have Richard at Lemon Zest cook us a dinner. My buddy dropped off the fish and challenged Richard to make us happy. It was beyond our expectations. `Over the top`.
